NHIS premium calculator

Employees pay half of 7.19% of monthly salary for health insurance, plus a long-term care surcharge of 13.14% of the health premium, also split with the employer (2026 rates, NHIS). Enrollment is mandatory for foreign employees. Local subscribers (지역가입자) are assessed on income and assets by a points system this calculator does not model; their 2026 monthly floor is ₩158,630.
